У статті розглядаються філософські основи менеджменту як теорії управління розвитком продуктивних сил суспільства. Йдеться про використання основних законів діалектики в менеджменті. Розглядаються питання стосовно джерел, механізмів та тенденцій розвитку менеджменту.
Ключові слова: діалектика, менеджмент, закон гармонії та взаємовилучення протилежностей, закон переходу кількості в якість, закон заперечення заперечення.
